1) How much does it cost to use Hire A Pro™?

It’s totally free for Home Owners/Project Owners and Businesses to use our service. Contractors are charged either a pay per lead service or given the option for an unlimited annual service program. 

 

2)Is My Privacy Safe & How Do I Tell What Contractors Are Verified?

We do not use your contact information for anything other than contacting you for your project and to communicate with you on Hire A Pro™ Services.

Only 3-5 contractors who bid on your project get to see your contact information so that they can bid on your work.  By uploading photos of the areas you want the work done on, you will get better bids, and faster service. 

Hire A Pro­™ Uses A Badge System So You Can Easily Identify A Contractor Who Is Background Checked, Insurance Verified, Business Verified, or Otherwise.  If the contractor does not have Insurance or a Background Checked Completed - Starting Jan7th, 2018 Hire A Pro™ Will Start Badging Contractors Showing That They Are NOT Background Checked or Insurance Verified. 

 

3)How do I get the right contractor from Hire A Pro™ to complete my Project?

Once you submit the project, notifications will go to selected contractors based on their coverage and skills. The first 3-5 contractors who purchase or view your project are allowed to post their estimates and their availability to you depending on how many contractors you want to bid your work.  In your Project Dashboard you have the option to choose how many quotes you want and when your project is to expire.

You can choose the contractors based on your budget and timing of your needs.  

 

4)Is there a way that I can quote my budget and time ?

Yes you have an option to quote your budget and time while you submit the project. When you post your project, you can decide how many contractors bid your work, and upload photos so the potential contractors can see what the work will be like and where it will be located in an area or space.  So the more photos you upload to your project the better pricing you will get.

 

5)What is the criteria for a vendor to register on hireapro?

6)How do I contact my vendor ?

You can get all the contact information of your vendor by logging into your hireapro account. You can also chat online with your vendor from your hireapro account. 7)What’s the payment process?

You can pay online by logging into hireapro by debit card or credit card. We have a very safe and secure option for payment such as paypal and stripe

1) How much does it cost to use hireapro?

It is Free of charge to register as a contractor. To receive job leads from our service you need to add a payment method if you choose to pay per lead, but you only pay for leads you wish to purchase. Otherwise Hire A Pro™ Offers You A Standard Unlimited Annual Fee To Get Unlimited Leads. You can also create a profile without adding any payment method. You have an option for 6 Months of Free Service for a limited time now.

 

2)What should I do if I don't want alerts for a particular period of time?(Contractor)

You have an option to alter your alerts. If you do not want to get any alerts because you are not available for a particular period, you can login to your account and turn off the alerts. Once you are available, you can log back in and turn it on.

 

3)What is the criteria for a vendor to register on Hire A Pro™?

Businesses can register for free on Hire A Pro™ and your account will be activated. Hire A Pro™ uses a BADGE TAG SYSTEM. The Badge Tag System is an icon on your profile that

tells your prospective customers and clients - Hire A Pro™ Home & Business Owners - that you either Have Insurance, General Liability or Workmans Comp, or that you do not. It will show

that you have a background check or that you do not.  So as a contractor, to get more work you want to be transparent with your potential clients - Get Background Checked and Provide Us With Your Insurance. We will Provide you with your Badges that tell our customers and clients that you are "Safe" To work with.

Background Checks Are Federal, State, & Local. 

Your SSN is used for Background Checks covering the following:

Identity Verification

Sex Offender Registry Check

Global Watchlist Check

National Criminal Records Check

County Criminal Records Check

Your SSN and DOB is used in verifying identity in order to add your Deposit Bank Account:

4)How do I get to know that there are projects currently available for bidding? (Contractor)

You will receive alerts via SMS and email when there is new a project which is within your coverage and suits your skills.
